The new integration enables Communi5 Service Providers to expand their cloud telephony in minutes with powerful CRM and business integrations – without additional infrastructure or complex configurations.
At the heart of the solution is the ease of setup: IT administrators only need their Enterprise Admin credentials for the respective Communi5 UCaaS environment. PhoneMondo connects directly to the platform via a secure OAuth login and automatically detects all users for whom the CRM user feature has been activated.
These users can then be assigned to a PhoneMondo line with just a few clicks. After that, numerous CRM, ERP, and helpdesk integrations are immediately available.
